Our tea is harvested on May 8th, chosen carefully to strike the perfect balance. Rock tea requires a certain level of leaf maturity to support the fermentation process, which transforms the flavor. Picking too early results in insufficient aroma, while picking too late compromises the tea’s refreshing character.
