White Tea
Why Is Our Tea Considered the Best? The Highest Quality Tea You Can Find
1. Timing
The timing of tea harvesting is critical to its quality. A month’s delay in picking can create a vast difference in flavor and overall quality. For white tea, the ideal harvesting period is March to April, when the weather is warming but not excessively hot, thanks to frequent rainfall. This ensures that the tea leaves retain their delicate quality.
Our tea is harvested on March 9th, precisely during this optimal period. The focus on young buds reflects white tea’s pursuit of freshness and purity, ensuring every batch captures its natural essence.
2, Our Philosophy: White Tea as a Child
White tea production is remarkably simple and involves the least processing among all teas, consisting of just three steps: picking, withering, and drying. There is no frying or rolling, allowing the tea to retain its natural flavor to the fullest extent. This minimalistic process embodies a philosophy of “effortless simplicity,” aligning with nature and preserving the original purity of the tea.
The philosophy behind white tea mirrors the innocence and purity of a child’s growth. Just like white tea, a child grows naturally, without excessive intervention. Their innocence, purity, and natural development reveal the beauty of life’s beginnings. White tea, in its pure and unprocessed state, is a reflection of this natural and unadulterated beauty.
By respecting nature and focusing on the essence of the tea, we ensure that our white tea delivers a product that is truly unmatched in quality—delicate, pure, and reminiscent of life’s simplest joys.
